Fostering a Supportive Educational Community for Youth There are so many people involved in educating our youth today. Students need to feel a sense of community and feel they are part of a safe place where the world around them affords them the opportunity to learn. Ensuring that safety begins with the teachers and staff. Teachers and staff also need to feel that their work place is a place where their safety it of the utmost importance. My team and I strive to ensure tea
